We collaborate together to create a wedding day timeline, layout and comprehensive design. From there we will make adjustments leading up to the wedding.

- Unlimited email communication and professional advice
- Up to (2) site visits to ceremony and reception locations prior to wedding day
- Create and manage the wedding day timeline
- Point of contact for all vendors 2 months prior to event
- Design detailed ceremony and reception diagram layouts
- Coordinate set up of rentals and personal decor on event day
- Distribute final payments and gratuities to vendors
- Provide timeline and diagrams to venue and all hired vendors
- Access to private online planning portal, templates, SOS preferred vendor list & organizational tools
- Direct ceremony rehearsal (up to 1 hour)
- Day-of coordination by your assigned planner plus assistants (up to 12 hours)

This service is for the couple who has majority of their vendors hired but would like assistance 2 months prior finalizing details, creating an organized wedding day timeline + layouts along with coordinating a seamless wedding day from start to finish.
Wedding Management

- Create custom design board based on personal details inspired by the couple
- Coordinate visit to rental warehouse to pick out furniture and table top items
- Assist with event rental management leading up to the wedding day
- Account for all rentals and coordinate set up and break down by catering staff
- Assist in overall design concept to create a cohesive look with rentals, florals and decor
- Research & book signage vendor; manage payments and designs
- Research & book floral vendor; manage payments and design
- Finalize rental order counts and details 1-2 weeks prior to event date
- Coordinate & be present for delivery and pick up by rental company
- Wedding website creation and management
- Create mock up stationery designs with proper verbiage and etiquette
- Help ordering save the dates and/or invitation suites
- Stuff, stamp, weigh and mail out save the dates and invitations (stamp cost not included)
- Track RSVP's and entree selections from guests as received
- Send final guest/meal counts to catering and any necessary vendors
